4. Sensitive Information and Health Data
Some of our apps may let you choose to provide sensitive information, such as health and wellness data. If an app collects sensitive information, we will explain in the app or in its app-specific privacy notice what we collect and why, and where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before we collect or share it.
We will not sell sensitive personal information or health data. We use it only to provide and improve the service you asked for, and we protect it with the safeguards described in Section 7. Where required by law, including Washington’s My Health My Data Act, we will publish a separate consumer health data privacy policy for the relevant app.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With trusted vendors who help us operate our Services, such as hosting, analytics, authentication, payments, and customer support, subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations.

- With Your Consent: When you direct us to share your information or otherwise consent.
- Aggregated or De-identified Data: Information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
6. Cookies and Analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Our apps may use analytics tools to understand feature usage and diagnose problems. Where the law or platform rules require your permission for tracking, such as Apple’s App Tracking Transparency, we will ask for it first.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us, or by using an in-app account deletion option where an app provides one. We will delete or de-identify your information unless we are required by law to keep it.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us. If we ever offer an app directed to children, we will provide a separate notice and obtain verifiable parental consent where required by law.
